We’ve come a long way, and we’ve achieved heaps. Yet we’re still a work in progress, and that’s how we like it. We want to be even better at what we do. We began in 2005
Since then, we have expanded the scope of our operations. Now we’re the only independent provider in our field to offer a nationwide service. We have a year on year track record of expertly installing and maintaining commercial doors, industrial doors, perimeter security systems, auto doors, roller doors, sliding doors and assessing door operations, performance and maintenance. We also deal with materials handling equipment, and asset replacements and upgrades.

That’s our slogan. Although it’s more than just a slogan. When you work for us, you will deal with famous names. We partner with some of New Zealand’s biggest companies, including BP, Farmers, Countdown, Foodstuffs, NZ Post. We support important organisations like the New Zealand Police, Department of Corrections. We also count several district health boards and councils on our client list. And several blue-chip property management and infrastructure companies.

Elite means…
The dictionary says, ‘a select group that is superior in terms of ability’. The New Zealand Defence Force has its own elite unit. The SAS, or Special Air Service. Their motto is ‘Who Dares Wins’. We can’t compare ourselves with people who parachute out of planes at 10,000 feet into icy water, and then swim 20 kilometres to ‘do the job’. We aspire to being the best of breed in our particular field, that’s what we mean by Elite. We never cut corners, look for a quick fix or settle for second best.

Before we sell anything to our clients, we focus on solving their problem. That’s why always work hard to get a full understanding of the issue we’re trying to solve. That’s how we can deliver the best solution. This philosophy is at the heart of working for Elite Services. We never say, ‘here’s the answer, now what’s the question?’. If this is the way you work, we’re on the same job sheet.
Everyone in the company is in sales
No matter what your role at Elite Services, customers are at its centre. It’s about a mindset of doing what’s best for the customer. Safety at work to get you safely home
Your safety is our highest priority. Elite Services holds SiteWise Gold certification for on-site safety by attaining a score of 94%. The highest score for any entrance system company in New Zealand. Only 18% of contractors with SiteWise accreditation achieve Gold Certification. We want you, and our clients, to get home to your family at the end of the day, every day.
Good health
We look after assets for our clients, but our most important assets go home each night. Our people. We started out as a family business, and it’s important to us that we look after the people who work here. So, among other things, we offer comprehensive health insurance for all our employees and their families.
